Corporate Law

Corporate Law, colloquially is referred to as Company law and includes the registration of a company(ies), duty(ies) and responsibility(ies) of directors, shareholders, employees and creditors in their interaction with one another and also the consumers of the product(s) manufactured and/or service(s) rendered, or in relation to policies intended to allow the community to participate in and benefit from decisions made by the representative(s) of the company(ies).
